We act as Managing Agent on behalf of Developer, Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC), Residents Association (RA) to manage, maintain and administrate common property includes stratified residential, commercial-shops, commercial-office, gated and guarded community.

We have been very successful in managing portfolios of real estate properties consist of commercial and residential buildings of over 5,000 units or over RM8 million worth of properties across Malaysia.
